I’m a native Oregonian based in Brooklyn and have reported for The Nation, New York Magazine, Mother Jones, n+1, VICE, This Land Press, PRI/BBC’s The World, Religion Dispatches, AlterNet, Waging Nonviolence, Mondoweiss, Killing the Buddha, City Limits, and elsewhere. My work has been supported by the Nation Institute’s Investigative Fund. Additionally, I’m the Investigative Correspondent for This Land Press, a new magazine out of Oklahoma, where I’ve been covering religion. I’m a member of Investigative Reporters and Editors (IRE) and the Dart Society, an association of journalists who cover violence.
One Sunday a month, I co-host WBAI’s Beyond the Pale, a radio show affiliated with Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ). I’ve also worked as a producer on WNYC’s Brian Lehrer Show. And I’m one of the facilitators for Occupy Writers. I’m Kiera dot Feldman at Gmail.
